Yahbrain's completely obscure skate trivia thread

Ok... Big Vehicle leaps. Rider: Brian Patch, mid - late 90's

Name the trick, the vehicle and where it was published.

Bonus Points: name the co. had had a model with at the time and two other riders on the team with models.

company was maybe cock work. sheckler was on . and probably a random stefan attardo type .

Nope, prior to Clockwork...

Team mates... combined, think business on top and party out back (a nude nut and a pony tail)

thats a good question, pony tailed skaters. caswell run one. was it caswell.? company renaiassance or some shit like that.? or eternal. i cant think, was one of those shit companies right.?

Brian patch...let me see. Didnt he do a method air over a big truck..pretty sure
it was published in big brother. And he may or may not have been riding for focus with jose cerda(?) and hosoi...but i could be wrong.

Ahhh Darren... it was a short lived company, but kind of cool.

Davo, nice work. Big Brother yep, big trucky van thing yep.
Hosoi yep (come on Darren, pony tail, Caswell pffft) Focus yep. Jose' wasn't who I was thinking of though... Think recent interview that mentions jail & aids.

Super obscure for extra bonus points: Focus had a series of decks that had Black Flag graphics, when you work out the rider, what album cover graphics did he have?

Anywho, who kick flipped the Frog?

Andy Roy, and the black flag album was slip it in.

Nearly full points, gotta be happy with that result.

New question for the weekend.

Who had an ad with two sequences ...

1 of a varial heel over a gap (incredible at the time)
and
1 of a front board 270 out on a ledge (but not landed)

Extra kudos for naming the board co the ad was for.

I was thinking that Guy Mariano AXION add. That was only one sequence and AXION are a (Davos fave) shoe company.

NFI as usual.

That Mariano varial heel was sick, but yeah not the one in question.

Hope Japland is still treating you nice Braddox.

Hope you can find some way to watch the game tomorrow.

Go the Dockers!

armando barajas.?

Nope, not Armando.

Varial heel was off a loading dock type thing.

Ad was run in black and white.

Gino...and it was frontside pressure flip...black label ad...my favourite skater of all time.

Dont sweat the technique.

Haha. Nice work Davos! Let us skateplork soonish like.

Yah, Japan is going OK. Working too much and skating not enough. It's hot and moist up here at the moment. As for watching the game, have been forced to work so I'll be relying on AFL site update thingo.

Gino is king. Anybody care to tell me what photo he had for his first axion ad?

sw back 180.?

Too fast kaehne...the same sw back 180 was filmed in a line...what line? What vid?

choccy tour.. youtube the line. some switch flip manual trick i believe. maybe inward heel switch manny.?

Nollie front kick fakie nose manual...yellow shirt. So smooth.

Gino had parts in three world related vids...name the songs he skated to?

trilogy
snuff
20 shot sequence

i had to cheat to get all the songs (in the same order listed above, they are as follows)

ghostface killah (dj punish remix): motherhood
kool g rap: on the run
wu tang clan: method man

Snuff and 20 shot are mixed up...but otherwise flawless.
Care to name the tracks and movies from girl flicks he has featured in...promo vids included?
