As the park is currently sinking, thats right SINKING, it is ruining all the transitions, and teh park is mainly over run with bmxers and moutain bikes, other than that in a quiet time it looks like a good skate with nice littel funboxes and nice banks. -For a close feed i would say get on a tram heading left as you come out of the park, and head up around the corner, theres a subway, Mc Donalds and a hungry jacks.
Unless you like puching either learn to pump out of ramps at tis park or go buy some big wheels
I'm loving all the informative, serious reviews you guys give... Anway. Personally, this park was a hurtful let-down, after hearing so many encouraging opinions about. I guess I let my expectations escalate to an unrealistic level. As I chartered the park disillusionally (is it even a word?) on my four little wheels, I scrutinised every little detail. The most blatant dilemma was the plague of arrogant bike-riders, doing hardcore tricks on the boxes. Once you acquire a taste for avoiding and ignoring them, you'll notice two main boxes in the middle, both of a mediocre standard. Most of the transition at opposing ends of the park seems as though it was designed to cause concussions. I salute you, brain-damaged concrete layers. Another tasty little feature is the bitumen base that this park is set upon. My be left with a feeble, stinging scathe on your wrist when you can grate your skin into bolognese on a comforting gravel surface. Overall? Has nice potential in areas, but a prominent disappointment.

The bikers are gerbilcocks, they are fucking gay and really want to hurt you. It looks as if its been designed by them aswell because of the the towering 1/4's and transitions on the funboxes that are made for hardcore XGAYMES launches. But the locals are cool at least when i went and they're also really good.

wow, this was the only skate park i went to when i was beggining. I wouldn't say its worth a trip to see because it is almost always full of bmxers. its medium/small sized and the ground is rough, like an old road. Not a great skatepark. The only positive is it is near trams and trains and it is also near safeways, hungry jacks, you name it!
P.S. It's about time those photo's are updated! Those must be older than me! (im 16) See the carpark in the background? Its been replaced by a power station or something.

could have been a great park, ruined by crap building. Also packed with BMX and the bowl is so fucked its almost unrideable. very few good lines, most of them ruined by the slow asphalt and the giant cracks in the ground.

This should be renamed a BMX park. when it was new it was overflowing with skaters,then the bmx thing got big again,and with strictly bmx nearby it just filled the joint up with new bikes. Never been a truly enjoyable sesh here. Always packed. And some of the trannys aren't exactly perfect.
