Deagon skatepark completed November 2003 by Rob Lewers, Concrete Skate Park Construction has two separate areas - the pool replica bowl and the street area, both very well built and suitable for all types. The pool / bowl is nicely tight ranging from 4ft in the shallow end through a kidney hip to the deep end of 6ft, nice high coping making it easy to stick those grinds round all areas. The street area main obstacles include a tall but skinny rail about 400 to 500 mm high, a medium to large hubba ledge running across a flat bank box and other blocks, banks, quarter, ledge and euro gap. nice new park, really smooth etc. big block is steep and long, lots of demos have been and gone here. the rail is huge and mellow! the fun box has perfect hips for the whole family. good fun! 5 stars
walking distance from sandgate trainstation.
Great smooth bowl with a decent street course and some challenging obstacles. This park is great for beginners and advanced skaters alike. There can be a few kids on bikes at times though. Watch out for lurkers wearing Eminem and Wu-Tang gear.... Make sure you take a broom. The lovely trees that shade the park drop gum nuts all over the place, so watch out for wheel bite.

I feel in love with this park...until my nads fell into a deeper one with that ledge....The bowl/pool is awesome to carve
Awsome park.... really close to my house extremley good locals skaters and bikers alike so everyone come down in the afternoon and have a great session.

Primitive Surf isn't up the road anymore- and they didn't sell much skate stuff- there only surfers- Luff land crew rocks this park!!!

yeah i love this joint... fun box, manual pads, big fat ass bowl and the bikers know there place. cant complain
wats with coment refering pidgeons to bmx's by street pete..... when at this park which i am a local at and ride ...... that the main prollem is the skaters lining up at the bottom of the bank on the other side of the bowl and the back quarter and i said it correctly at the bottom of the quarter... and it is a line for that pethtic little gutter ledge which is about the same hight as the gutter maybe next time ur there street pete u could move urself away from the bottom of the bank so we can ride somthing worth whille alright
Went there for the first time the other day, worth going to! Bowl is sick to sk8 on n the streetcourse aint that bad either...

WELL AS IM A LOCAL AS U CAN SEE i can tell you that this park is a awsome park the bowl is really smooth and box as a mad rail next to it its good for all ages and the shade is good on a hot day

on the mini grinding ledge connected to the fun box closest to the road some skaters put a bigger ledge on it i taught is gay a first but when i tried it out i couldn't get enough of it the park is also a lot less crowded nowadays.
Theres not much graffiti in the park in the pictures but theres a fair bit now
