Foster Skate Park

The park forms two parts. Firstly there is a 5' half pipe, with nice transitions, good sized coping and a 6' foot extension. The ramp is 16' wide and covered with steel over ply (a bit warm in summer). The platforms have a few holes in them so look-out. Secondly, the bowl. A typical local concreter doing his bit with the council's money. The concrete surface is the roughest I have skated and the whole park was poured in a day. They could have learnt a lot from Jacko, Simon and the Convic boys. The bowl has a pyramid with no rounded edges which makes it clunky and the tightest (stupidest) transitions I have seen. The bowl ranges in depth from 7' to 3'. There is ledge on one side which can only be skate down hill. Check the shots for the transition of the bowl (Fuct!)

first of all the drain has been riped off so there is a hole in the small bowl part. all of the quarters in the small bowl have crazy transition. its more like a reali steep bank which is three feet high. the deeper bowls transition is betr but still not very goo. the mini is rusty and old. not reali worth it. its ovr the bridge behind town. its not a big place but the hotel has good food. and there is some cheap accomo along the highway.
what the hell is with that kicker parralel to the rail.... thats just stupid..

park is right next to my old high school, huge waste of money and concrete, rough as shit. most awkward park to skate, ever! mini ramp is fun though.
pretty much the ghettoest park i've ever been to its more like wall rides then trasition mini's nice but plus the school next door has some mad stair lines
the rail and ramp are gone the half pipe is gone also!!! wich is shit because the rest of the park is the worest place iv ever been!! if ur in forster go to the hight school its better then the park!!!
