Rather large in size with a good spread layout hosting multiple area's & lines to hit all the various obstacles, stand outs would have to be the small and more advanced street areas and although the bowl/half pipe's are great, the build has shown its flaws over time with parts of the ramp falling out under the coping (in one section in the open bowl it's exposed the rio, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a little TLC) and the transitions are super mellow with the coping being slightly offset due to lack of angle in the ramps. Despite those factors, it makes for an amazing park to skate and well worth the visit if in the the region!
