A 4-flat-4 double set with a number of skateable benches leading up to it. The approach and landing are both undercover, and it is lit at night. The site is best accessed on sundays or in the evening, as there is no security or classes. Cars can be brought in when the gates are closed through gaps in the trees on the Mall (Coomalie Cres) side.
