Nuriootpa Skate Park
NEAR ME SHARE
Mellow park with two funboxes, a nice flatbar, manual pads and a variety of ledges, trannies and banks. The surface and coping on the 6ft halfpipe is quite bumpy as it's been cut into quarters and welded back together. A good park for learners. Thanks Tom for the pics.

this is an alright park if you ask me.....I learnt to roll in here aswell
this park isnt too bad to skate, the flatbanks are pretty mellow so its easy to flip on. the flatbar is really thick, the ledges are round so you might slip off more than if your skating a square cut one like gawler manual pads. i havent skated the quater yet so no comment for that. hips are good, nice gap on at the right end of the photo. it is pretty basic tho so beginners are there often. nothing too crazy here, just good fun for a casual roll around without getting bored in the first half hour or so, well i didnt anyway.
quote: "it is pretty basic tho so beginners are there often" bullshit beginners come here, when i came there was this guy doing nollie frontside bigspins to axle on some of the quarters...
u guys r such TOOLS this park is awesome
had a skate here once. pretty fun for a roll around. muniramp is real bumpy though, and the banks are a little mellow, but fun anyway.
yeah ive seen some guys kill this place too commander, but ive also seen some littles running about. so not saying that theyre arnt good guys there coz Luke Pfitzner and shit shred this place.
yea but this park is awsome, so much fun. u can just skate without havin 2 worry bout doin crazy tricks. but u can do that stuff too. plus its in a quit town so u only hav 2 worry bout bikers riding round in circles jumping the box

Nollie frontside bigspins to axle aye... Sounds like Peaky to me. Luke shreds it too. Park is okay for a play but don't hang around to much or you forget what a proper bank and such is. Always a good crew except for the annoying bike riders.
