Anyway, it has been around for a long time, like many other really old 80s bowls and half pipes, rarely getting anything more than a passing glance from locals or if it has amazing additions like this one does, then a heated session or two a week is more common. It is a lot bigger than I remember, when I went there in the 80s, and I don't think I have been back more than once over the years after taking pics of it back then, but it stands with new coping at about eye level or a little higher for the average adult, still lumpy as they all were back then, but a little smoother and slightly slippery with the new paint on it too. Someone has done a very good DIY job of putting pool coping on the two facing sides closest to the road, leaving the other two as they were. Thanks Brimo for the pictures.
