This is the home of the "Ring of Fire". Perfect indoor wooden bowl. Goes from about 5 foot to 8 foot pool corners with pool coping and a vert wall. Street course and mini includedon other levels.

i love the bowl sooo much speed......mmmmm speed
This place is so Rad. The coping is perfectly set so that it chunky enough to really lock into a smith and is so fast so you can easliy come off the vert wall and 50-50 right around the corners. The pool coping in the 'deep' end is gnarly and sits just like a pool. The hip also sees many a large transfer thrown over it, and is easy to hit form either side. Tuesday nights are usually really busy. $5 entry and cheap beers next door too. Five stars for sure and soon to have a street course added.

bowl is AWESOME so smooth like sk8n on butter. krew there are heaps nice and RIP!!! the bowl is much bigger than it looks the street course isnt built yet but u can sk8 it. iys pretty cool wallride GALORE. it is made up of parts of the old GWC 2004 course

yer there is pigon shit everywhere... i find this bowl pretty slippery but the coping is awsome and slides perfectly.. street course is skateable but is not yet totaly finished. there is a 1 metre euro gap about 1 ft high with curved banks at one end and a vert wall thing at the other wich is crap.. there will be a rail on the fun box, it is the rail from 2004 globe world cup the rail was next to the half pipe on the side of the course at gwc, there is a little ledge on the box wich is ok but look out for poles that hold the roof up, shouldnt be a bad park when fully built.

hey skater gril, i was reading your comment about ho u want lessons. the people at the next level skatepark (this 1) give lessons over the skool holidays. the prices are $25 a day or $100 for the week which includes drinks and a barbecue lunch. the people there are really good skater with 1 turning pro. so get down there and learn some more. This place is cursed, for me at least. Iv tried to get here 3-4 times and every time something comes up to stop me going. Nothing ever comes up when i want to skate somewhere else, only here.

Sk8R gUrL! :P i usually roll around this place and just throw in a few laybacks or ollies here and there. Does this mean i can't skate ? Anyway, great bowl super fast,and the famous wooden beam at the top of the vert wall is always a challenge. The street course is almost done. A few loose screws here and there but they'll get attention soon enough. Awesome venue.
okay, where do i start... the bowl, its gettin a bit old and needs a resurface.. still fucking rad fun to skate though the mini.. uhh well, its not that well made.. trannys are horrible.. but its still quite some fun once you learn how to skate it the street course (finally complete :D) is quite fun and theres alot of lines. so go and have fun
The street corz is fuckin sweet as, so many lines, so much speed. And the bowl is the best and as the last guy said needs resurface and the mini is great once your used to the transitions HAVE FUN ON THIS PARK COZ THERES FUN TO B HAD

hey magic! um u would have to catch a train from lilydale, to flinders or spencer then catch the sydnehm line then yeah get off sunshine ( carefull dont get stabed there!) haha yeah and then get on ballarat road and either skate down or catch a 215 up the road

this park is incredibly good. the mini is fun, even though most people say it isnt. street course get quite packed but you get used to it. now the bowl, this bowl is amazing, serously best bowl youve ever skated(so smooth). just carving around it is fun even is you cant skate bowls.

It's rad, it's smooth and the Wednesday crew is the best to skate with. Bring your own iPod though or boombox otherwise Axl will play German techno all night..and you can't skate to that shit

its ok....... the street course is slippery as shit and has holes in the floor but stil ok the bowl is gnarly as fuck and the mini ramp isnt anything special(its really small)

the ring is still up and running...no prob if someone buys the bowl i would love to see how they would get it out , cheaper to build a new one .

if u love bowls and vert thi is the BEST park the coping is place perfectly and the ramps r smooth and not to slippery but i reckon they need more street course then it would be and abousolutly awesome park but i myself dont really like bowls and vert but i liked vert when i went to ring of fire its awesomee
Got closed a few months back. Some fat cunt down the street was talking to the feds and said it was a fire hazard! ...it's kind of true though e.g the fire emergency escape door opened the wrong way haha.. But the owner is in some skate team and for the moment their just using it to fuck around in.

do any of you guys know what condition the park is in now i need to know asap
condition of park as of 31/7/2012 is kind of shitty - one good thing is it's absolutely free now, the owners of the go-kart place that it backs onto seem to have just abandoned it. you can walk in from the entrance to the go-kart place (called 234 Fun Galore) and shred. condition of street course is getting more and more ghetto - also looks like they might be pulling it down. Heaps of big and little holes in the tranny along the sides of the walls but still skateable. the bowl itself is still in really good condition. pretty slippery from accumulated wheel wax and shit but otherwise all good. the little mini quarter on the same level as the bowl is pretty much unskateable. in general, still skateable but kind of sad to see this place being left to the dogs.

Went there today, $10 entry for all day and some of the street section isn't finished yet, No one goes there and the mini ramp is really steep and unskateable. The arcade machines downstairs are pretty fun to play when you have a break. I would go there again for sure!
