Whyalla Bowl
NEAR ME SHARE
The park is a donut shaped concrete bowl with a hup in the centre. It is 3 - 4' deep with the western side having a length of coping to form a small quarter pipe. It is a little ordinary (2 star) but okay for the occasional fly - out. Thanks Dan for the pics.

This was my home park growing up as a grom. It has seen it's fair share of sessions and all in all is not a bad beginning bowl. I heard rumours that a street section was added to the bowl in the last 5 years or so. Port Augusta has the same type of bowl but the coping is screwed in some places being 2" offset behind the lip. Does any one know of the legendary back yard Keyhole bowl in Port Augusta, I would give my left nut to skate that thing again...
bin down there with my family once i got a skate in on the park. It was a pretty fun sesh the street park is awesome.
Simon Spargo ruled this place in the 80s.
Actually Spargo ruled it in the 90's. I was there, fun times.

they should update the picture for the bowl. it is actually really good. people can get mass air outta it and they can flip outta the coping part.
