Out the front of Rio Boat terminal. What started as a couple of wooden ramps 12 months ago has turned into a paradise. Everything is movable; rails, ramps, boxes and the little 2 stair that was already there makes it a plaza where no one can get bored. Don't let the tiles in the photos fool you, its smooth.
