Shoreham on Sea Skatepark

Basically a gnarly 3-leaf clover bowl, 10ft, 6ft and 5ft. Vert dogs will love this one. The big 10ft bowl is similar to Maroubra with almost no flat bottom. The street course is small but has a lot packed in. The bump to flat bar is perfect and you can skate this thing for hours and not get bored. Also has a mini ramp with a jersey barrier on top of a bank on one side. A nice hip flows out from the mini ramp into the rest of the street course. The usual ledges are here with a nice quarter running from 5 foot down to about two foot at the other end. Basically a bloody good place to spend the arvo. Can get crowded though, especially at weekends.

Getting here is easy. Brighton is a 50 minute train ride south from London Victoria station. Take the Number 2 Shoreham bus from Brighton town centre and get off at Ham road, Shoreham, this should take about 20-30 mins. The bus literally drives right past the skate park so just jump out when you see it. Easy!
