It's super fun and you're allowed to skate it. Bring a shovel in case it rained recently cause it technically is a run off ditch. It's about 3 1/2 feet high and pretty smooth concrete and a fun hip. Definitely worth the stop
Heading from El Paso, Texas on the I-10 towards Las Cruces, New Mexico exit Artcraft Road and head west. It turns into Pete Domenici Memorial Highway and when it does turn left on McNutt Road and you'll see it on your left immediately. Then you just have to turn left into the neighborhood and you can park next to it on Edgemont Drive.
