8 stairs, perfect run up and landing. Only skateable on weekends because weekdays the hospital has more security working. There is also two 4 stairs before it so its great for lines. Around the corner on Innovation Rd is a nine flat gutter with a rail on it, rail isnt skateable but you can go over it or down it. You can skate that as a 3 down then 9 if you wish aswell. Fun spot for street dawgs.
