Favorite/best custom insoles?

Totally biased, but Etcetera are awesome and Ronnie Creager is the best!

I ride the Marc Johnson Low Pro insoles and they're great.

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
