Sorry, that's just an initial reaction....

Think about how big a wheelbarrow is, and then look at the first and last pictures... It looks so cramped.

and in the second picture, the area that the guy is flattening barely looks 6ft wide...

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
