Freshly built spot, part of the Rhodes Waters Edge apartments. Spot contains 4 long perfect ledges, a long buttery curved ledge, a gap that has to be skated from a very strange angle, a wallride down the capped 4 stair and a few benches. The gaps run up has 2 benches which makes it perfect for lines. Although there is no shade, it is still a really nice spot on a sunny day due to it being right on the water.
