What would you do if given these two choices;
1. Take your current life and the path you have taken, or
2. Take a steady 100 grand a year for the rest of your life, but not be a pro skater (you can still skate though).

flat enough ground for beginners to learn to push and stay on the board, but the ramp is a little dodgy
edit: careful riding on the lighter concrete, it's really slippery and the change from rough concrete to smooth is super jarring
