Mo Lester. I live near the ramp in that picture, but I have never been invited to skate it <sniff>.
When I lived with my parents, we had a mini almost exactly the same dimensions: 5 foot high, 8 foot radius, 10 foot wide. Alll the kids used to come over to skate it in the late 80's - early 90's. That was in Sydney though. I have moved north since.
