Yeah, went down there & it looks a lil' wierd, prob;y for strengthening the foundations, as the whole area looks like it moves around quite a bit, especially after big downpours.
Will go have a look at it this w/end & see if anything has been done...
Well, at least Nepean Concrete got the construction job. They did Five Dock, so you know the concrete is gonna be smooth. But I would suggest daily oversite, as mistakes in plan translation have been made in their past. Shame about the crap design though.
Went down there to check progress yesterday, lookin' a little weird, from first appearance, I must say that the spine is bmx wide (2-wide), rather than being a proper spine, it is platformed.
It may be difficult to find constant lines throughout the park ? It's on quite a large patch of land, & I am interested in seeing how much that lower bowled area drops down from the main flat area.
Oh yeah, & there's this weird, funky lookin' coping dropaway just before the top bowled off area drops around to the mini half (at the top of the plans).
Regardless, should b' a bit of fun...
