Jules again, with a nosegrind on his "day off". He was so hungover he could barely climb the fence to get to this rail, let alone skate it. But hog being hog, he came up with the goods.
Josh Jones seems like the quiet, delicate type of guy, but once the kid puts his hammer cap on, he's anything but delicate. Anyone who knows this spot will tell you the landing is better suited as a wood-chipper than a footpath, but josh can take a serious beating and still get up for one more try. Speaking of taking a beating, I don't think ive ever witnessed anyone take so many heavy slams in such a calm fashion as Josh did on this Ollie to the curb cut. There must have been at least 5 or 10 rag-dolling body bounces where i though i'd have to drive him to hospital, the kind of shit where even Lewis Wood would stay down. Josh shrugged it off, walked back up and got the land. What a fucking legend!
good shit tomo. what lighting setup are you rocking? how many usually and what kinds?
thanks g. just nikon speed lights and radio triggers. usually 2 or 3ish... depends i guess. i have used like 5 from time to time. what about you?? ur shots always look so legit!
