The straight edge philosophy is illogical, unnecessary bullshit. I'm vegan, but there's nothing morally wrong with having a whisky or two.

not that i am straight edge but i think the idea is its bad when it gets beyond the one or two and starts changing the way your mind works. but then some people are too weak willed to stop at two so they just dont go near it. then they usually get all high and mighty about not drinking.

its the whole getting high and might thing that is what ruins an otherwise positive life choice. so fuck that i'm gettin drunk
