Dickies pants, any brands 5 pannel hats, type S wheels, always gonna kill it with the high socks, creature ones are tight, actually creature clothes are hard to come buy in shops maybe creature clothing, thrasher clothing and im yet to see any chima shoes.
Tell Me How To Do My Job
I'm fairly biased but Spitty Formula 4's. The best.
Those 6 panel shapeless snapbacks. I'm into them. Like the Passport and Butter cord one's. 5 panels have hit the General Pants crowd. So that might slow skateboarder's wearing them. Just a theory.
HUF could get more popular with the actual shoes now that Dylan and Austyn back them. Fill that Gravis void.
All the DLX wood is the best. Best teams out. Consistently killing it!
I feel like Expedition 1 is really coming into their own with the classic working man look.
And I wonder how long the Janoski shoe craze can last...

yes to XEN haha! Passport is a no brainer but yeh maybe Huf and some more Cons?
make me sponno. i will take sticker team if the budget is tight . I think the ability to see larger photos of the product would be cool , you do a pretty good job of this already but keeping plenty of independent companies in stock especially the aussie ones passport politic polar elan steady bumpin gmta picture modus etc etc or possibly have a film and video section selling rolls of film and some sony red tapes or second vxs and junk . Not sure that is possible though
My favourite shoes are Nike Janoskis, Vans Eras, Adidas Busenitz Vulcs. I like basic colourways like black/white for skating mostly. Basic models with a vulc sole for board feel but still a bit of heel protection seem to be around most. Chimas new shoe is sick too.
Boards obviously i prefer GMTA's but i know you guys keep a good stock of them, you actually have a lot of good boards in there every time i go in.
Clothes, Krew and Altamont make good pants/jeans, anything that has some stretch to it so it doesn't have crotch blowouts is dope. Shirts all i've been wearing lately is analog 3pack tees and they're dead so i don't have a clue about that. I see a lot of thrasher hoodies around?
Wheels: Picture PPU are real sick, hard as fuck to flatspot and support aussies too.
Trucks- i like the Theeve Ti King low. Most people i see around have either theeves or indys.
Bearings i don't even know who's good anymore, modus has definitely dropped in quality in my opinion but i buy them anyway because they're still better than most usual cheaper shop ones.
Hats i have a big head so i prefer new eras to 5 panels and camp caps but don't listen to me on that, i think camp caps are definitely the most popular around the skateparko

Passport, Polar, and a shit tonne of the new emericas coming out.
the skater's choices.
the skater's choices.
Polar, passport, anti hero, krooked, butter
Getting more welcome in would be great, and who ever said dickies is spot on, im sick of buying them from surfshops
Did they release a new line of nike slip-ons? Those were the best skate shoe I have ever had, get some of them in I'll buy 5 pairs lickety split
Poler stuff to
At the moment it seems like you're already stocked for what's popular with the kids. button up shirts, cat and weed prints, 5 panels and chinos. RipnDip will keep the money rollin in.
Those cliche shop boards have been the only thing ive ridden for the past couple of years and they've been rad. Another shop/company collab would be sick but i think i already read that you're doing that with passport sorta?
Shoes wise I have only really skate gravis filters, nike janoskis and more recently adidas adi-ease they've all been sick shoes and colours, simple with board feel is all i go for and i think a lot of people are the same these days.
Definitely seen a lot of dudes rockin straight leg Dickies, the brown or blue ones usually, dunno if you have them in or not but i feel a trend comin on.
In my opinion brands that are the most popular or what i see the most these days are : Nike
Adidas
DC
and occasionally cons in the shoe department.
Board wise, kids seem to go for the cheapest shit plus and element board unless they've been in the game for a couple years. Then it's anyones guess, Enjoi, Alien Workshop, Cliche. I dont think kids care too much about board brands.
I think whatever you're doing at the moment is pretty spot on Drew, keep it up.

Also, Emerica make really good jeans and you should get more of those in.

Ban Endor!! Sick of his shit.
24skateboards? I heard they're killing it down in Australia
xen_ROCKS_69 is spot on about the Polar boards. I am in Malmö at the moment and love the direction of the company but the boards are embarrassing.
Looking at the current stock you can spot the difference in shape from board to board and hear so many stories of ply separation from locals. The Michael Juras pro board was a complete fuck-up from the factory and is the wackest design I have ever seen. Apparently Juras has to ride it backwards.
They have said they are changing from the Chinese factory to Generator so I hope that is true. So my suggestion for you Drew is hold off on too much Polar until the problem is fixed.

I wanted to buy some more Sammy baca cons but no 9s.... That shoes lasted me 2.5 months good gear. Love passports stuff a lot
Also Passport is the bomb diggity so more of that. So good to see it doing well all over Europe.
definately try and get some dickies in,
gotta love me some expensive brixton goods, surprised people aren't all over that shit.
I reckon your shop is good. Every time since like 2006 that I've wanted to spend money here I've been able to do so. You obviously know what products work.
My suggestion though is about giving more info about the products. When shopping online the buyer can't touch and truly sus out the shit they're looking at so it'd be good to be able to click through an item to get more info.
Kids might be able to choose a board on width alone but I'm a grown assed motherfucker who knows what I like to ride and I can get pretty damned to picking my ideal ride if the seller were to provide me with width, length, wheelbase, nose/tail lengths. If i wanted to buy a deck off here I'd have to go trawling round the webz trying to find out the finer details to ensure some weird chode looking thing doesn't turn up in my mailbox.
Same deal with wheels. On the website we generally see a boring assed side profile photo. I could wind up getting some skinny assed things in the mail, I'd have to chuck the cunts straight in the trash. Get some measurements: diameter, duro, width, riding surface width, comments on shape (Spitfire name their shapes, I know what they are, you could use them and I'd understand).
It's all just about giving your customers the most info possible without them having to fuck off to some other site to find it so that when something turns up on their door step they know what they're up for. And if there's kids out there that don't need all that info then whatever, but as an ageing veteran, I need it if you want me to buy my hardware from you. It's the difference between me buying an 8.5" and flipping the fuck out when I get some short little piece less than 32.25" long...just can't be havin' it.
That's my two cents.

Not sure what it's like getting companies on board but I'd be so stoked to see some of these in the shop. More Welcome stuff, more Passport stuff, Palace Skateboards, Wetheloons would be sick too and maybe just more of those little accessory things. I'd kill for one of those Fourstar air fresheners you used to stock. Otherwise you're killing it.
Welcome skateboards would sell.
I rate holiday boards. Not sure if you have much of them in stock? They sell well where I work. Also picture wheels and great too. If it were up to me I'd have 50% or more aussie product in the shop. Also does your shop use eBay? Brands like vans and obey make a killing on eBay, because most of the buyers aren't skaters anyway.
The new Dekline slip ons when they drop.
