i thought i'd redo and brighten this pic for samoh and andrew. is this getting any better?

yeah. you should pick your self up a yellow filter if your going to shoot more bnw stuff. that way if you shoot with a largr background sky it will make the photo alot more interesting. but your photos are still better than mine.

a water park filled with massive overhead cables that pull the wakeboarders? thats crazy good :O

pretty much. its a man made lake with a cable system that can pull about 10 people at once. the lake has kicker ramps and slider rails to hit too. i ride my wakeskate there coz i'm no good on the wakeboard. there's only 2 cable parks in australia atm but there's like over 50 just in germany where they were invented.

Guss inspired me to put up some of my air pics. These are taken between Varanasi and Calcutta the river one is just south east of Calcutta near the bay of Bengal. (see the map) This was the most amazing flight in my life!! I missed the best pics that were around Delhi (absolute torture watching the sunrise over this landscape without being able to get to my camera because I was in the window seat and the two people next to me were asleep so I couldn't get it until some guy walked passed and I got him to get my bag down, about 10 mins to late)

Around Varanasi and Kanpur its just flat desert and then something like this crops up out of no where.

This is over Calcutta, the actual town is sort of under the plane but you get the idea.
