I thought the Royal Australian mint made all the Australian coins which is a part of the Government and the NPA made all our notes which is a subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of Australia. and The Reserve Bank consist of members of both the Bank, the Treasury, other Australian government agencies, and leaders of other institutions that are part of the economy.

it's complicated systems like that, that make people think the government makes the money,
in the end of the day the FED allocates the funds.
it doesn't mater who prints or mints it. its who allocates it and charges interest on it.
