Yeah, I'm lucky in that I never really bruise, or get heaps of swelling when I'm injured. No-one in my family bruises, so I guess I'm lucky. It doesn't feel loose, it just hurts like fucken all hell if I accidentally twist it or anything. If I bend it, it gets to a point and just stops, like the muscles,ligaments,whatever refuse to go any further. I've actually been able to put a little bit of weight on it this evening which is a good sign. Andy if your whole leg is swollen I'd get it properly looked at, that doesn't sound good.
