is that there attempt at help increase staff motivation or something....i think the best thing my work has ever done was buy like 3 huge platters of subway for us to eat on christmas day or new years eve or when ever it was, and gave us free water cause it was so hot. this only happened once or twice. alright though for a stinkin bottlo
Yeah Justy, we've got probably around a thousand people working here between all the different divisions (we've got lawyers, a group training company, marketing and all kinds of stuff) so it's a networking thing and yeah morale builder and whatever. We can actually win awards for coming up with ideas that the other divisions can use to improve their operations and stuff like that.

Nah I've never won an award because I really couldn't be fucked sticking my nose into other peoples' work. Fucken that's what they get payed for.
My work is that tight that the biscut tin never has biscuts in it. i have found biscuts in it once about a year ago. still i check after every shift only to be let down. ohh and there is never milo in the milo container thingy.

Yeah man, I get plenty (well as much I need to to get my bonuses) done. I process between 20-50 grand worth of payments each day.
Some people here have soooo much trouble with their work. I'm surprised some of them can even manage to their way here each day.
