yeah i agree with pep about the out leeeedge..keep it flat maybe. whats going on with the shit bag metal hip at the park? is that staying?
or if you try and move the out leeeedge over a bit so you can land on flat off the grind that way you can keep the wall ride..cos that looks fun.

the bank to ledge is pretty cool alby..not sure whats going on on the right tho. the bank to ledge might be tricky to skate cos of the positioning of the whole thing..and the nutty will still be there and might be in the way too. maybe put the bank at the other end? be more room to skate it then.
Great to see something new happening for Launny, but I'm not sure what I think of this.
I don't know if a new funbox is the best way to go. (although the old ones definately fucked)
Think about all the space there is at that park. I reckon perhaps spread some new stuff out, not just lump it all on top of itself in the middle of the park. Looks like a bit of a bottle neck to me.
Could even build an extension to the park, make it bigger.
I do like the idea of some more tranny and stuff to give the existing spine some more lines and flow. I like the left hand side of the plan it looks like fun to carve a few lines through.
All up though this park will still lack flow, its like pushing uphill everywhere you go. I've always thought some more banks and tranny round the outside would be a good idea, on the right hand side where the logs and seat curently are.
Also need to smooth out the rough shit round the halfie, and rebuild the blue wallride ramp against the flood wall. That used to be sick!

ive always dreamed of skating this- ledge on one side, bank on the other so you can transfer your grinds into the bank. there is one in the flip videos a huge red one - rowley heelflip fs board fakie in, penny does that switch nose grind in switch?
i disagree with you jase..all that wasted space in the middle of the park needs to be used and what better way than a giant funbox with a million different ways of skating it..it will give the park more flow than its ever seen.
still not as much as hobart but its more of a street set up anyway.
it has everything we dont have.
plus you could always add more ramps one day once the outside of the park is cemented..if that ever happens..which i doubt.
but yeah cant wait to see the final plans for it..going to be amazing!

Will keep all existing obstacles, you guys will have to decide where you want them to be moved to. (box, pyramid and rail will all need to move.)
Hey Sam, i fully support your new funbox design.. having a handrail is going to be so good..all those manny's / ledges / hips / and hubbas are going to bring the park alive and give us endless hours of fun and experimenting.. The rail looks nice and mellow which will be rad cause most of Tassie's rails are hell steep and i would love to skate a long mellow park handrail like this. Looks amazing!!
Hey i was thinking we definately need to keep the shotgun rail and i thought this would be a suggestion of future placement..this way there is run-up for each side and shouldn't really be in the way of the landing etc of the funbox.
NOTE: high end of this rail needs to be furthest away from the funbox.. so we can continue to skate up the rail with speed carried/generated form the funbox.
(Skating down it requires little speed.)
Why do we fucking bother with ideas when clearly your more interested in some fucking gay posty bike than listening to what skaters want...

you need to break that thing up into at least 3 pieces. any centre of gravity at a park like that will be so annoying to skate especially with all the bikers.
oh didnt you hear? only allowed 3 skaters at a time in 20 minute intervals, tag team skating is the future.
