i was at buller yesterday they had a nice little park with a few rails set up and the snow was fairly good

Just a quick report from thredbo its pretty bare after the rain but we rode merritts this morning and it was ok for the first slide of the year...
And it looks like its gonna snow tonight fingers crossed...

me and few members of the fam like cusins and that wana go up this year for a week or so, like 7 or so of us. looking at buller or hotham. anyone know any places to stay that are reasonable?
just got home from buller, had an awesome day, it snowed/sleeted all day long, but still was a great day. Buller had about 5 things going at the park and the cover was fairly decent given it's first weekend. Will try chuck up some photos later if they are ok
jv spike im pretty sure there is a packpackers up there. im guessing that would be your best bet for cheap accommodation.
is it possible to sleep in your car?

apparently there was about 30cm of snow near canberra today but only about 5 at perisher etc.. still better than nothing!
