apparently bar work/ lodge work is pretty easy to get....any lift jobs are pretty hard because you have to speak fluent japanese apparently...

ive been denied a couple of lodge jobs in hakuba, and i have a hospo background. on the flip side i have a friend who did iwatake liftying last season and says its heaps easy to get a job. but i really dont think i would want a job like that in the japanese winters

My mate pretty much gave me his old boards and bindings today, only been snowboarding once when I was in Switzerland and it was really shit snow so heaps keen on going a bit this season

scotty i wanna go back to canada end of this year for uni break but was thinking japan maybe instead. any tips or ideas on the easiest place to find jobs, best hills etc. what sort of work did you do. Did a season in Canada last year working nights and got 75 days up this hill. Want something similiar to that
