niseko has great snow and is a good place to go if your not really after a huge cultural experience, and are more there for the light fluffy pow. pretty good night life and a shuttle that loops around the village and to the gondola. me and a mate spent 2 weeks there in feb and had a blast.

Current plan is to leave aus on/around december 20. Stay at Niseko Hagashiyama for around 15 nights with day trips to Moiwa, Rusutsu,, Kokusai and Chissenappuri then after we're done at Higashiyama finish up with 3 or 4 nights in Tomamu before heading back to Aus.

Pretty much it's going to be amazingly awesome. At the moment though it's me and two mates who both ski. who cares though, pow n shit.

at the moment it's looking like airfares will be around $1500ish hopefully a bit cheaper though if we can get a good deal
accomm in higashiyama ranges from 55-65 AUD per night, includes breakfast, lift ticket we should be able to get cheaper through the lodge so probs 30AUD per day for Niseko united (Access to the 3 other resorts on mountain), car hire from the lodge for the day trips is about $80AUD per day for a 7 seater. And then accomm at Tomamu as well as general spending money and other food.

So all in all you're probs look at about 3.5-5 grand for 3 weeks.
