What are the dimensions of your blue mini Insomniajosh?
Thinking about building one myself.

It's not mine man. Great little ramp though. Had some heavy sessions and held up well.

I personally think it is to mellow if it were to be in my backyard. 4ft high 4 sheets wide with shortish flat. Would you prefer mellow, normal or whippy tranny? Let me know what height and I'll post up some options

Thinking somewhere between 4-5 ft. Tranny steep enough to let me air and lip slide without hooking up along the way. Probably a little whippier than normal.
Thanks heaps man.

Sorry man I have been lagging on this.

If you are wanting a nice mini that is on the whippy side a 1200 high with a 1800 radius. This will leave a 1697 length from the coping to flat horitontally. I would have flat of about 3600 but you could get away with anything over 2400. Anything less than 4800 wide will be fairly meh. Messing around with extensions and all that will make the ramp fore fun but try and make them removeable. Don't sacrifice grinding length for a pissy extension.

If you get the materials together let us know and a few of us can help you build.

Sweet, thanks for that dude! I'm going to draw that up in my cad class at uni haha. I'll show you once I'm done. And thanks for the offer man! But don't really have much time around work and uni, hence why I want to chip away at getting a ramp at home.
I'll update you with screenshots soon, thanks again.

RE: Backyards and im gonna be adding in a small quarter and a banked wall in up on the right hand side flat. slowly gonna add in a bit more tranny. funds are pretty tight but. if anyone in the yarra ranges area knows of any free/cheap ply or 2x4 that'd come in handy and i'd let you come skate it once it's done.

Hey Medium I like the shape of that bank! Good stuff! Parking block coping would make it rad

I think the dimensions ended up about 1060mm high on a 1980mm radius. What started out as a repair job has blown out a bit. The old mini was so badly water damaged underneath we thought it be better to start over. This has always been the plan though and I have been stockpiling wood for 18 months.

Just start small and work your way up. Took me a couple of goes to get it right - pull it apart and recut the transitions on my last mini spine just to get it where I wanted it.

Build a little quarter, then build some more, then more, then it gets better and better.
