Using the old decking timber as the underlayer for the flat?

Should work fairly well - support where you need it and run a sheet of ply over the top for a smooth finish.

I reckon if you had a perspex section so you could see the decking underneath it would make it a cool feature. You could light it from underneath even......

The decking was my way of getting the water out. Hopefully your not going to notice its there.
Perspex ?? I do have a big piece of that somewhere hmm..

2 (with extension)

lame self props but these are the only 3 photos i can find on my hard drive of my backyard. i took a few just before but then realised i don't have a port for an xd picture card on my new laptop, heaps weird.

as you can see one side has about a foot of vert and is absolutely fucked to skate, doing anything on it is a challenge. the extension, which is about 2 foot is a lot funner to skate. if i can be bothered i'll log onto my old computer later and get some better pictures
