I kinda paid someone out on another forum because i thought these boards were roger ripoffs.

Apparently done by an Melb artists for a company called simply skateboarding (http://www.simplyskateboarding.com.au). Am I right or just a bastard or both?

Yeah they look Roger cause of the solid bacfround colour, the scrawling type face and the simple picture and the (not so clever) phrase type message..

So that's 4 similarities.. Kinda seal the rip-off deal for me...

Nothing will ever beat that "skate switch for Jesus" Roger graphic... Too good..

Simple skateboards will most likely go the same way as Simple shoes.. and where are they these days???

If he's unceremoniously and quite blatantly ripping off another company's design style, obviously it's not a good thing. If anything, he's trying to buy into the novelty that is skateboarding to make a quick buck, rather than actually doing anything for Australian skateboarding.

I agree Saunders, most tend to donut with humour and make it an obvious rip off so as to accentuate that humour...

not sure if its still around but micheal siebens website used to have a good amount of stuff people have ripped off him. if it is still around this would deffinatly get added.
