Small concrete bowl with snake run entry built in 78.
Dean Pl, Charnwood ACT 2615, Australia
This is the park Drew learnt to drop in, grind and 50-50. Ah the memories.
dont forget to mention that I saw my first bong smoked here!!!
Snake run is rough as guts, just like the suburb. The wall in the bowl goes to vert and it's like four foot deep. Somone always falls over during a sesh at charnie. receently had a foot path added. No idea why
charmwood is a very poor suber dont go there if your cant fight 4 you self
The Park Sucks But The Suberb Doesnt So Stop Bagging It Out ??Charni Rulz??
Hey Belco Boy Where In Charni Do U Live We Might Be Able To Have A Skatin Session Together Sum Time.
Yeah Kool But First How Old Are You?
this old fart first got verbal-ed and had bottles
thrown at them in 1982 by the lovable locals...
hope things have changed. It's so lame a spot
i'm amazed the local govt hasn't razed it yet.
A time capsule of dullness in the backwaters
Im Writing To The Council To Ask If They Can Fix It Up And Add More Things e.g Halfpipe And Other Stuff So Its More Skateable
looks abit ruff but it'll be good if you sweeped it
that looks kinda fun
Haha, Belco boy, that must be thet old man that's been working on his place owner-builder style since the mid 80's...he even used to help us push start the val when it wouldn't start!
Great place to skate...not a skate park as such, but nice and rough...better than nothing back in the day...awesome!!!!
Oh, and that new "footpath" they've added arond it sucks ass...no more boardslides or anything over the edge...concrete in the way now :(
i get up at 5:30 am 2 go skate this befor school
belco boy its aaron dude was this bowl ever good
dont go to charnwood. people get murdered there and shit. this is fun, not worth the trek at all though
Been riding this park before they had finnished the thing
People knocking it dont get it. Big soft wheels, wide trucks and just cruze. not many places can you start at the top and by carving and picking up speed end up back up the top where you started
Still riding here 30years later with my kids
What ever happened to the pump humps behind the bowl that are in the clip of the ollie over the fence?
any1 know any good grind spots in macgregor or dunlop
