Pros-smooth as glass (no fun in rain) bowl and plaza, transitions the idiots who built Paradise and Oaklands could learn a lesson from. Red oxide parts are nice and grippy. Coping is set perfectly and plazas angle iron is just right. Curbside parking!!!!!! Cons- Scooterers treating it like two mini ramps.......that vert wall could have been a raised bank like at Osbourne....plaza could have had those octagon pieces as a kicker....a nightmare to skate the plaza weekdays with people sitting on ledges in plaza
