This 'skatepark' from 1990 was the result of a smooth talking con artist fooling an inadequate city council into letting go of a stupid amount of money (I've heard figures of $10k+) to deliver this gem! Not a bad place to kill time but it is flanked by public housing which are occupied by gang members, their associates or others who want to bash you for looking at them. Skate at own risk.
