A public mini ramp that the infinitely wise YMCA choose to padlock when no YMCA'er is home! Probably a good thing because its a piece of shit! 12Ft wide, 4ft high and the flat is 1ft from the ground! So if you bail you'll also fall off again to the carpark and a 15mm gap between the coping and the tranny will ensure that you end up there eventually! Avoid.
