im keen to get a squad to sit down and play through, like the old conflict: games, they were awesome until global whatever


i dont know how bf3 can look any good on a console when you're going to need a pretty hectic rig to play it on pc at > 40fps

Isn't the new flashpoint solely singleplayer? i remember i was getting hyped then heared it was only a 6hour campaign and no multi.

i understand wat operation flashpoint is gunna be, but they havent changed the ai from dragon rising which was pretty predictable. and from the 5 ten min vids ive seen where the head developer goes through the game the enemy players are literally dumb as fuck.

they take a few shot and miss, they dont take cover they just stood there so the player just had to strafe behind a wall, then walk back out and one M16 burst in the exact spot they ran out to and they died. it was pretty ridiculous.

and yeh i have heard there wont be competitive multiplayer at all? even then the connections were shocking. and it was just 25 people all picking sniper class, and u would see them spawn run to a jeep and they would all drive the other way up onto a mountain or a big hill half a k away and that would be the game, everyone trying to run up the kill and them. thrilling stuff

its gonna need to sell about 50 million units before it gets anywhere near cod so dont hold your breath......

i dont recall the ai being that bad? on hard they'd take cover, not rush and shoot your face if given half a chance

the only thing changing the difficulty does in operation flashpoint does is takes away things like on screen checkpoints and shit that shows where enemies are. the ai are exactly the same. retarded as fuck.

If you like to play the game often enough then Id get it. If you only play it every now and again its prob not that worth it.

Yeah I play a fair bit, it's just such a rip off in my opinion..but the maps look pretty sick especially Kowloon

soo homefront has a massive 2 game modes. tdm and there version of domination. only two? really

i've read heaps of mixed reviews on homefront. both ign and gamespot said multiplayer was pretty good, there's only seven maps but there all reaally really big (bfbc2 big im assuming). lack of game modes and weapons is pretty lame, im undecided on whether to pick it up or not. also that thing were you have to enter a code to progress past level 5 is pretty dodgy

nah they dont seem to be BC2 big, not in the tdm setting atleast. in ground control they might be but u move up into different areas just like rush in BC2 so i guess its similar

finding games is a joke in MW2 atm. havent seen a green connection in a week.
