New slam

I couldn't give a rats ass whats on the cover of Slam seeing its never vert but I've had a subsription for years because its an entertaining and informative Aussie skate magazine! Being monthly keeps me up to date with whats going on here and abroad so I'm always stoked when it arrives in my mailbox!

Well there are some interesting points in here i do think nugget should of had the cover for skater of the year as it is "slam" skater of the year so its well deserved.

As for the Slam hate... i don't think i know a skater that wont pick up the new slam at there homies house and be stoked its there and supporting Australian skateboarding since 88 ? if i can remember correctly everyone loves to flick through and see whats fresh or see if one of your mates got a run that month or reading Sparkes give these comedic responses to adolescents on how to extract a little pollen from a sprouting meat flower

I bought the Jamie cover issue without even thinking twice there is an old saying "don't judge a book by its cover" yes i know its a magazine and skateboard magazines are know for there covers being judged quite intensely but you get my point its whats inside that counts SKATEBOARDING !

I wonder if Americans hate this much if an Aussie gets a cover on one of there mags

Last month had a vert pullout poster they don't leave you out tuaki. It's most likely because of the 12-17 year old demographic those kids aren't into vert they wanna see Burman kickflip some stairs or Nugget do some tech mind-blower its a shame that vert gets looked over a bit but i believe that would be why...

Don't be mean, Aiden's photos are great. I love seeing them pop up and it's so good that he's getting W.A. skaters coverage. It takes a lot of work to get skate photos published in Mags regularly.

I will be out shooting more in the recent future. So hopefully I can catch some banging tricks and get the photos published. I had to have a break there to sort my life out. Skating and shooting skating almost everyday was sick, but not sustainable.
