I have no issue with these guys doing a brand or the way they choose to do it. Each to their own and if that is their market, fine. Like I said I think putting on the comps is a good thing.
My only issue is with selling boards direct and that goes for other brands I won't mention also. At least the R.A guys are doing something that help skating as well. It's been said, yes it's promotion, but it still helps, which I don't see much of from others.
I know a lot of you will just buy whatever is cheap cause hey boards dont last long and when you're on a budget you get what you can. I know I've been through that as a grom and don't hold it against anyone, but understand it is bad for local skating. Spend the extra when you can. You'll get a better product and if you support the right shops/brands will see more local sponsorship and events, like premieres, comps, demos etc.
End rant and my views on this.

All the crew have a share in Random As. Out the 9 guys in Random As only 3 don't Skate now. Before I joined them they all were skaters.
The Drifting and anything unrelated to skating are friends of Todd's & mine who freely gave their time for the movie. Just because you skate don't mean you cant have other interests.

Yes we are not your ideal idea of a Skate Company, but that's Ok we don't want to be the same. We always new the politics of the trade would be a issue. You either like us or you don't. get over it a move on cause we are here to stay. Were all in it to have fun and its been a blast.

actually ozslayer i have seen him skate and you should not rate him so highly by dropping his name all the time, people are going to have to high expectations and unfortuanetely these expections will be a letdown.

Girltalk is terrible music? Dude's mixes are dope as fuck! Plus I listen to pretty much everything. Appreciate the props, but like I was saying though, leave me out of it. They're obviously not trying to do anything like what I do, so comparisons are pointless.
