I haven't been snowboarding in two years due to work! I'm due for a new board and instead of wasting my time travelling an hour to get to a shop and them just pump in the most expensive board to me.....Thought id ask on here!

The board i have been using is a 150 Forum Manual. So more for park. I am looking for something now i can still use in the park but still ride the whole mountain in. and is there a massive difference between a 150 to a 153/154
Cheers

My friends and i are planning a trip to new zealand and we are wanting to hire a car from christchurch and drive down to queenstown. Im just wondering if anyone on here has done this before, we are having a lot of trouble trying to find a company that rents cars to people under 21. Does anyone know of any companies that you have dealt with before? thanks

DEEZ most park boards will be fine for all mountain riding! as for board sizing it depends alot on your weight and height. feel free to email me at scotty5402@hotmail.com and i can shoot you some more info.

scotty, what do you rate the dwd meat and bataleon airobics? ive had my eye on the bataleon since last year, but im 191 and i notice you only have 151's, think it would be too short?
scotty!

brockollie... id say you would be way to tall/weight for a 151 deck if your 191cm. i think you would be looking for something 158cm + . also if your a tall dude you might have big feet too... be careful when buying, you dont want your boots to overhang on your toe edge heaps. you might be better off getting a board in a 'wide' version which caters to guys with bigger size feet (if you do) so you dont get a huge toe over hang (im talking size 12 and up). i dont know alot about bataleons boards. they have triple base technology in them so the board sort of has a concave in the nose and tail and right in the centre sits flat, similar to a skateboard concave or even a hull of a boat. i rode a mates for a day last year and it felt a bit weird compared to my flat kick board that im use to.... but im sure once you got use to the triple base stuff it would be enjoyable!
