Just booked a trip to Habuka in feb for a week.

got two nights in tokyo on the way there and back aswell.

anyone some cheeky little hints on getting around in tokyo? train etc.

the train is definitely the best way to get around.. get yourself an all day pass rather than getting the regular area/zone passes (or whatever they are called)

with the all day train passes, you can get just about any metro train around tokyo without having to worry about adjusting your fare or buy more tickets

the all day thing is DEFINITELY wayyyy easier.. its like $15 or something from memory?

the trains stop at like midnight or 11pm or something, and taxis are expensive as fuck... so if you're going out clubbing, just keep that in mind..

if you're staying in the same area as some of the things you want to check out, hire a bike; its totally worth it
