very fun day, rode in the morning to get the legs back again and then went in for lunch but didnt ride lifts again due to every man and his dog being out. So in the arvo we borrowed a table from the lodge and seshed that till dark...very fun day overall but now my shoulder is killing me

having a sickie on wednesday to take a day trip up to buller, anyone up there then?

wednesday isnt looking the best weather wise, it meant to turn late tuesday, and theres predicted heavy fall along with decent winds

hey JV i got to buller last tuesday night and then hit the snow on wednesday but my missus had to do a lesson and she wasn't too keen on it all so we ended up just using the snowbaord as a toboggan for 3 hours then I had 2 hours of my own time to play - so if you saw two morons sliding down the hill on their bums then that was me.

I wrote "jughead" on my board hoping that someone would recognise it on the chair lifts but nah.. didn't happen

As far as dealing with admin is concerned (eg parking, buying tickets, rentals etc) I found buller to be annoying but even though there was only 3 lifts going at the time I found buller to be real fun. wish I could be there this week.

Theirs two sides, the left hand side consists of a rail around waist height and another rail about 5 cm off the ground and then the right handside has a nice box. There was no way to plan to meet up with anyone at the time. I stayed at the southern cross which was ok - did the job, but for 435 more I could ahve stayed at the ABOM and had breakkie included.
