heres my little update for you....i have not been checked for a lift ticket properly once yet, twice i have been asked and went to zip down my jacket to show them my season pass and theyv got 'thats cool dont worry about it' both times. Secondly its absolutely pissing down snow right now. I went for a walk down to foodworks just before and came back and the tracks leaving my lodge were already covered. Tomoro will be epic, pack your balaclavas. Il be wearing a grean and gold jacket with white pants if anyone sees me. Il be able to post pixs tomoro night because a friend is bringing up a cord for me, so all you snow starved guys stay tuned.

fuck i just wrote amassivepost about my day at buller and i wasnt logged in. FFFFUUUUUUCCCCKKK.
to some it upquickly it was terrible. some of the worst conditions ive boarded in. their was a huge headwind goingstraight up bourke st and u couldnt even get across the flat spots going top speed the wind was that strong. plus it was very foggy and patchy.
my 2 friends got too cold at 11am and went and drank hot chocolates and left me to board alone, isolated too bourke st. i kept my eyes peeled for JV and trotty but i figured use would be a no show due to the poor conditions. it wa snowng heaps and i wish i came up tommoro or wednesday. i was very unimpressed with mt buller today and have once again lost faith in that mountain. we were out of their by 3pm

steal a bench from the local village and sesh it on your own away from prying eyes and you dont have to wait either. Do that for a couple of arvos and you will improve out of sight. Also i heard that NZ have got a 2.5M base but that could have just been bullshit. I dont understand your dillema rayner. Do u get to spend more time at perisher then NZ or do u get to spend the same amount of time. If its the same time then i would go to NZ at the drop of a hat if i were u. Also JV i only rode bourke street from 4-close. We got foxtel working in our apartment and seshed a table inbetween foxtel

correction on my earlier post. They made it half price for the day i was there becaus there were only three lifts open
NZ isnt much difference price wise from aus, especially if ur staying there free
hhey rayner, i spent 3 weeks in NZ last year ridin the moutains around there, and if your you want to try some park riding then Mt Hutt isnt that great, and its nothing compred to the southern lake rmtns like Cardrona or the Remarks or even Snow Park, but there a good 2 hours away from Mt Hutt
JV i was with another gisborne skater tadd and another mate who doesnt skate heath. greenys over in america for 4 months skating at the moment but he would have been involved if he was here. it was good to try out my new jacket and goggles yesterday. and id never driven up to the snow before so that was a new/good experience. we made it to mansfield in like 2 hours and 15 mins from gisborne which was unexpected. i cant really afford another day trip coz im going to falls on the 27th for a week and all my funds are tipping towards that. fuk ur so lucky julius i just saw falls on the news this morning and and it looks amazing, nearly 50cm and still falling!!!!
im coming up to buller tomorrow so ill need a good report tonight from any of you guys up there, cant wait. If anyone cares ill be rocking a bright pink burton dominant, brown jacket, prob have my helmet on and gold von zipper goggles

it wassnowing a bt, but now it's eased up. e have pretty sickcover here, hopefully good to open shakey knees and lil buller spur soon.
