Woodridge Skate Park
NEAR ME SHARE
From the original old bowl that was at Woodridge from the 80s, this park has had so many additions, starting with the main street scape, more fun boxes, grind poles, banks, quarters, etc. The base surface is bitumen which is often covered in rocks and other rubbish so a broom and big wheels are essential at this park. im never going for the plain fact that kids get stab,shot beaten up down there on a hourly basis
the park is fun i've never seen anything sketchy happen there .. but alas its in a sketchy area .. bring a broom as the bowl is always full of shit and bring your pushing legs as it one of those biteumen/concrete parks .. there a bit rough... but again this park is fun and should keep you amused for a couple of hours at least
Good park to skate if you enjoy challenging obstacles and dodging kids on scooters. There's something for everyone here with a resurfaced bowl, a rail and blocks, flat banks and a cool funbox/spine ramp contraption that you can get mad air on. As mentioned, and like most parks in Brisbane, take a broom.

the place is alright, another park within ten minutes of me, bring a broom, always full of rocks from all the gangster fobs that smoke up next to the trainstation, its safe as houses though, i skate there from time to time and i have had no grief, the bowl is pretty fun, kinda slow though

I went there for the first time last week and it's a mad park! The only downside is the amount of shit, dead animals and bogans that are there. It's not that bad to a point where people get shot or mugged. The only thing I saw that was ghetto is the yr9 kids smokin up. Or the the yr9 kids tellin older sk8ys they suck and get nearly get nocked out for saying it....

fun park, my local when I lived in Brizzie. Yeah area isn't great, my car got demolished there by a couple of drunks. Shit happens.

this is my local park , iv never had any trouble there during the day,the half pipe is prety good but who ever rated this 5 star is stuffed in the head,what a load of bull shit, it is slow as hell cos of the ash base, plus little arsholes there are throwing stones and shit all the time makes it even slower,plus every monday morning the hp is full of glass from abos throwing there emtys in it

I was there today, it's great considering there's not much else other than Kuraby skatepark. Never seen anything dodgey around there, but there's a lot of scooter kids around pretty much every day. If you want to go I'd suggest going with a few friends, gets kind of awkward being by yourself.
