i wouldnt go out of my way to put forward my point to them but if the topic was being discussed i would most certainly make my point heard..

and that is he was from what i understand drinking and was ignorant enough to let a good friend get on the bike and not think of his well being. and while it was an accident the point is it couldve very easily been avoided by using some common sense and not letting him on in the first place. its on thing to endanger ur own life but its another thing to put a good friend in harms way aswell. and for that he most certainly deserved the jail time, and the injuries he suffered will be a reminder for the rest of his life.

whats ur opinion on the drunken idiot that killed a car load of friends not long when he hit a tree..??



If you actually read the story, shane was asking him to take him round on the bike all night, but ali said no being responsible because shane had no helmet.. and im guessing it was just a bad mistake because he was drunk.. he did let him on after a while. But you cant exactly say he was ignorant and it was his fault, that being said.. whatever he chooses to do after he gets out (if he already hasnt got out because its friday) then best of luck to him.

Can't people just be happy that a guy who we all have enjoyed his skating is now out of jail and hopefully things get better for him.

im happy. im just pointing out what he did for the people who have been saying that it wasnt his fault it was just an accident and there have been people saying blah shouldnt have gone to jail etc.
