Europe: R-R-Remix

Because Berlin is super rad they had this famous ledge/manny spot right next to the bowl for the street dawgs. In a non rad experience though the parkland security kicked us out for skating a ledge "outside the designated skate zone". It was 10m from the two skateparks....

The sun was setting so we stopped along the river for a beer.

We finished our beers and got back on our bikes. About 50m down the road we found a nice looking bridge with weird people on it so we decided to it was beer time again.

The old guy in the picture was telling me how he was a pro skater in Germany in the 80's and was invited by Tony and the Bones Brigade to an Anthrax concert where he drank back stage with the band and Brigade.

Went out to some bars but ended up turning the boombox on in a doorway to have some street beers. With in a couple of minutes it was full of randoms dancing and passing around wine and beer. Turned into a real street party for an hour or so.

Nights quickly turn into mornings in Berlin. You go out for a causal couple of beers and blink... suddenly the sun is rising. Luckily you can buy food and beer 24 hrs around the clock.

On our last day in Berlin I tried to skate the Berlin Wall in the sweltering heat.

Warsaw and Krakow, Poland

I didn't really have much to do with skating in Poland. It was stupidly hot for whole time I was there and the scene was sparse. Here is a typical double set you see everywhere in the city.

Krakow had a burger store called "Skate Burger". I think I ordered the Heelflip burger.

Prague, Czech Republic

Prague is rad. So many good bars and clubs. Public transport is great and the skate scene seemed to be popping. We went to a 80s/90s club where they play the video clips to the songs the DJ is spinning. If you want to make out with middle aged women this is the place to go. Everyone seemed to picking up every where I looked.

The iconic Stalin Square is by far the best street/DIY spot I have ever been to. Everything is skateable. Everything is marble. It is at the top of a hill overlooking the city and has one of the best bars situated around the corner that has skateable ledges as well.

There are endless things to skate. I would have to have shot over 30 photos to capture it all.

Our flight was out of Frankfurt, Germany so we went to a friends house in Bavaria. The mini October fest was on. Steins of beer and pretzels. These girls were cutting off this guys boxers. Hens night?

Ended it all with a German BBQ. They didn't want to wait for the coals to burn so the flame thrower came out.

Stopped in at Darwin on the way home to see some family. Hit up the Batchelor Skatepark. She is a beaute!
